Ian Pratt MND Foundation
Supporting the fight against MND, raising awareness, and funding research initiatives
WHO WE ARE
With a compassionate ethos and an unwavering commitment to progress, the Ian Pratt MND Foundation stands as a symbol of hope and solidarity for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) community, advocating for a future free from the constraints of this insidious disease. We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families confronting the challenges posed by MND.
Our mission extends beyond assistance and awareness-raising; we actively donate to the Sheffield Institute for Translational Neuroscience (SITRAN), channeling vital funds into their pioneering research programs aimed at uncovering effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure for MND.
Every penny of your donation goes to support, awareness, and research for MND.
WHAT IS MOTOR NEURONE DISEASE?
Motor Neurone Disease, MND or ALS as it is also called, is a disease that progressively takes away the ability for one to control their muscles, sometimes slowly or sometimes quickly. Those diagnosed with the disease lose the ability to walk, talk, swallow, and breathe. There is no cure.

SUPPORT US
To us, support signifies more than just a donation — it embodies a lifeline of hope and resilience. Every contribution, no matter how big or small, serves as a beacon of light for individuals and families battling Motor Neurone Disease (MND). With your help, we can provide vital resources, foster a sense of community, and offer invaluable assistance, ensuring that no one faces this challenging journey alone. Your support doesn't just stop there; it fuels groundbreaking research at SITRAN, driving us closer to understanding MND and discovering life-changing treatments. Together, through your generosity, we can forge a path towards a future free from MND, inspiring hope and empowering countless lives along the way.
